We are a company of professionals from various fields who are passionate about helping people realise their potential through high quality coaching and training. Between us, we have a wealth of experience of business and the public and voluntary sectors. This helps us make everything we do practical and grounded in reality.
Catherine Cowell is the director of Fresh Vision Coaching and Training. She is a personal performance coach and trainer, working with both individuals and organisations. She is an experienced speech and language therapist with her own independent practice and worked for several years as a manager in the NHS.
Sean Kennedy is a Licensed Myers-Briggs Practitioner, counsellor and life coach. He is passionate about helping people to find and use their natural strengths and abilities. He works with groups and individuals, enabling them to gain a much better understanding of themselves and others, helping organisations improve team dynamics and helping managers motivate and lead.
Liz Etherton is the director of North Staffs Youth for Christ. Prior to taking on this role, she was a consultant to the voluntary sector. She has worked in industry and has masses of experience as a trainer and manager.
Andrew Cowell works with Drug Users in the community. He’s a qualified teacher and has taught in Schools, Colleges and University. He was previously involved in medical research and presented his work nationally and internationally. He has also worked with Young Offenders and in prison. Andy provides training in drug awareness information to Social Services, Probation and the voluntary sector.
Andy Kind is a professional comedian. He performs throughout the UK and often appears on radio. As well as winning awards for his comedy, Andy runs highly successful confidence building workshops
